Designed by Ib Kofod-Larsen in 1953, the Penguin Rocking Chair with Upholstered Seat is a rare Danish Modern icon. Leaning toward the American modernists of the 50s and 60s, this sculptural chair is a beauty to display within any living space. This playful chair celebrates its clean curves and its interplay of contrasting materials. With an upholstered seat, the wooden shell intersects with the powder-coated steel base to create an elegant silhouette.

Crafted from natural oak or walnut veneer and solid ash with powder-coated steel.

  • Dakar: aniline leather with a transparent wax on top
