Scrigno Cabinet

The Scrigno Cabinet from Edra turns storage into a field of fractured reflections. Each exterior is assembled from roughly 300 pieces of laser-cut mirrored methacrylate, individually overlapped, cleaned, and positioned by hand until the surface becomes an irregular mosaic of light. Beneath it, a wooden structure is lacquered in a highly metallic finish that carries the shimmer through the spaces between each mirrored fragment. The collection moves from tall cabinets and chests of drawers to expansive low sideboards, with doors, drawers, and internal shelving concealed behind the extraordinary surface. For freestanding placement, an optional finished back allows this cabinet's intricate composition to be admired from every direction.
