The Penguin Dining Chair with Upholstered Seat features a light, elegant profile with its organically shaped shell and slender powder-coated steel frame. Designed by Ib Kofod-Larsen in 1953, this rare Danish Modern icon has plenty of personality and a bold expression. With a simple and honest aesthetic, the chair is crafted to ensure comfort and support with its embracing backrest.

Crafted from natural oak or walnut veneer and solid ash with powder-coated steel. 

  • Re-Wool: 45% recycled wool 45% new wool worsted, 10% nylon
  • Hallingdal: 70% new wool, 30% viscose
  • Dakar: aniline leather with a transparent wax on top
