American designer Bill Curry pioneered the "total look" lamp, resulting in GUBI's Obello Portable Table Lamp. Crafted entirely from a single glass, the need for a separate shade and base were eliminated. Referencing the shape of a mushroom, the inspirations of the space race and atomic age are clear. The rechargeable nature of this lamp allows you to easily bring lighting wherever you go. This piece should be brought indoors when not in use as it is not designed to withstand the elements.
