Fruit Bowl Table

Presented at the Cabinetmakers’ Guild Autumn Exhibition, designer Hans J. Wegner's Fruit Bowl Table features an unusual extravagance, finding comfort in its beauty and unique angles. A result of a rare design process, Wegner used the wood turning technique to create a standalone wooden disk. This removable piece sits atop a frame constructed specifically for it, highlighting the golden era of Danish Modern design in the 1950s.
