Released in 2005 by Fritz Hansen, the Caravaggio™ Pendant was an instant icon. With this piece, designer Cecilie Manz combines a recognizable shape with a modern expression. This simple, timeless pendant consists of a metal shade with soft, feminine lines held by a chrome-plated metal suspension. With most light concentrating downwards, the opening in the top provides depth while highlighting the textile cable above.

Shade made of drawn steel with a glossy or matte finish, or opal glass. A white canopy is included, with the exception of the matte black shade, which has a black canopy.

Glossy white has a grey textile cord while glossy black has a red textile cord, each measuring 118".
Matte finishes have a 236" textile cord in a color matching the shade.
The opal pendant has a 118" silver-grey textile cord.
