The Vyn Armchair from Gärsnäs finds its character in the meeting of precise woodworking and an unexpectedly light silhouette. Designed by Anton Björsing in 2024, its solid oak frame traces a slender line around the body, joining a molded veneer backrest and seat in a composition that feels both graceful and assured. The seat can remain in wood or be upholstered over supportive webbing for added comfort, while an optional removable upholstered back introduces another layer of softness without obscuring the chair’s carefully considered construction.
