Akademia Armchair

Designed by duo Kaksikko, Wesley Walters and Salla Luhtasela, the Akademia Armchair from Nikari draws inspiration from a combination of different cultures. The manufacturing process comes from Finnish craftsmanship heritage, the minimalistic form brings Japanese design traditions to the piece, and the simple design pays homage to the American Shaker style. Crafted from sustainably sourced wood, this multifunctional chair is ideal as a dining chair, desk chair, or extra seating in a living space.
