Some designs are made for their moment. Others find new meaning a century later. The PH 1/1 Centenary Chandelier by Louis Poulsen revisits Poul Henningsen’s extraordinary 1933 design, originally known as the Bombardement Chandelier, in a limited edition that feels as compelling today as it did nearly a hundred years ago. Curving arms extend from a sculptural brass core, each carrying mouth-blown opal glass shades in a warm, dusty terracotta hue. Their layered construction transforms light into a gentle, glare-free glow, while the aged brass finish lends the composition a beautifully timeworn character. Available with three, six, or nine arms, each chandelier is individually numbered and produced in strictly limited quantities, making this luminous piece of Danish design history something to treasure for generations.
