The Model 566 Table Lamp captures Gino Sarfatti's ability to distill a design down to its essential elements without sacrificing character. Originally designed in 1956 and reintroduced by Astep, the lamp features a slender tubular body that appears to lean effortlessly forward, balanced atop a simple steel support and sculptural alloy base. A discreet rubber ring allows the body to pivot freely, making the light infinitely adjustable while preserving the lamp's clean silhouette. The signature Cornalux LED bulb remains proudly visible as part of the composition, while the familiar push-button switch integrated into the base offers a satisfying tactile interaction that echoes the ingenuity of the original design.
