Dag Daybed

The Dag Daybed from Gärsnäs turns a place to pause into something quietly sculptural. Designed by Teresa Lundmark and Gustav Winsth, its long, low silhouette rests on a beautifully restrained frame of solid natural beech, while a procession of cylindrical cushions creates a soft rhythm across the surface. The contrast is striking but subtle: warm timber, generous upholstery, and just enough structure to make the piece feel architectural. The reversible mattress is formed from individually joined cushions, giving the upholstery a distinctive sense of dimension while inviting you to stretch out, sit awhile, or simply let it hold its own in the room. Elegant from every angle, it feels especially at home where furniture is given space to breathe.
