Designed by Harry Bertoia, Knoll's Bertoia Bird Chair has a sublime gracefulness despite its industrial material. An astounding study in space, form, and function, this lounge chair's wire construction are among the most recognized achievements of mid-century modern design.

The cover attaches directly to the frame with hidden mono-filament and metal hooks. Plastic glides are included on sled base to protect floors. GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified®.

  • Classic Boucle: rich, nubby texture evocative of traditional hand woven upholstery textiles.
  • Ultrasuede:  premier microfiber with a soft, plush feel and luxurious appeal. This upholstery is extremely durable, stain-resistant, breathable, and easy to clean. It is the first of its kind to use partially plant-based polyester.
