Papa Bear Chair

The first Hans J. Wegner design to be produced at PP Møbler, the Papa Bear Chair is an embracing, comfortable easy chair that is hand-crafted by skilled Danish craftspeople, requiring a minimum of two weeks to complete. The solid wooden frame of this archetypal easy chair becomes the foundation in which the comprehensive and detailed upholstery work is built. Crafted from the natural materials of cotton, palm leaves, flax fibers, and horsehair, this genuine upholstery will gradually become softer and more comfortable with use.
