Designed by Vilhelm Lauritzen, the Radiohus Sofa was originally conceived for the foyer of the Royal Danish Academy of Music. Exclusive and rare, this piece was a pioneering design of Nordic Functionalism that diverted from the conservative straight lines of the time for a more futuristic expression. The complex sculptural form requires the upholstery to be hand sewn, bringing to life the open construction of this welcoming sofa.

Base is natural oiled oak or oiled walnut.

  • Re-Wool: 45% recycled wool 45% new wool worsted, 10% nylon
  • Hallingdal: 70% new wool, 30% viscose
  • Dakar Buttons: aniline leather with a transparent wax on top
