Originally released in 1961, the Model 597 Floor Lamp draws inspiration from the fashion world and fringed curtains that commonly appeared in Italy's bars and grocery stores in the late 1950s. Designed by Italian virtuoso Gianfranco Frattini, this playful lamp launched the designer's lighting career.
