Originally designed by Peter Hvidt in 1954 for his family home in Klampenborg, the HM14-HM15 Guild Shelf reflects the designer's belief that everyday furniture should be both purposeful and beautifully resolved. Its softly curved profile echoes the winding garden paths surrounding the home, creating a sculptural silhouette that feels understated yet distinctive. Crafted from FSC®-certified wood and supported by elegantly powder-coated aluminum brackets, the Guild Shelf offers a refined display for books, ceramics, artwork, and treasured objects. Timeless in both form and function, it brings warmth, craftsmanship, and architectural character to interiors of every style.

Construction Crafted from FSC®-certified solid oak or walnut with powder-coated cast aluminum wall brackets.
Production The solid wood slats are precision-cut, glued, and shaped using CNC machining before being hand-sanded for a refined finish. The aluminum brackets are cast for strength and finished with a durable powder coating.
Finish Finished with a protective water-based lacquer that enhances the natural character of the wood.
