Originally created as a tribute to legendary Danish designer Poul Henningsen, this lamp reflects his lifelong pursuit of beautiful glare-free light. The lamp’s signature multi-shade system is carefully engineered to shape light in a soft and balanced way. Most of the illumination is directed downward while the layered opal shades diffuse the glow throughout the room. The integrated LED light features dim-to-warm technology which allows the color temperature to shift from a cozy candle-like glow to a brighter warm light. A simple switch on the base controls brightness while the rechargeable battery provides hours of cordless illumination.
