Artek's A110 Hand Grenade Pendant was designed by Alvar Aalto for the Finnish Engineer's Association building in 1952. This simple shape is made up of two cylinders, one inside the other, which reflects light both upward and downward. This modern silhouette has a surprising impact due to its size and the ingenuity of the design.
