Sleeper Sofa

The Sleeper Sofa from Bensen keeps its transformation almost entirely out of sight. In sofa form, its low profile, balanced proportions, and tailored upholstery give little indication that a bed is hidden within. Rather than relying on the heavy folding hardware of a conventional sleeper, Bensen developed a simple cantilever mechanism that moves the fully supported seat and back into sleeping position in one smooth motion. Multi-density foam and coil spring support provide considered comfort in either configuration, while a loose down back cushion softens the sofa's otherwise precise silhouette. It is a sleeper designed to function beautifully at night without looking like one during the day.
