Eligibility & timelines
We accept returns on select items in their original, unused condition and original packaging.
Must be returned within 30 days of purchase or receipt.
Eligible furniture items may be returned within 30 days but will incur a 20% restocking fee.
In-stock orders can be canceled before shipment. Custom or Made-to-Order items may only be canceled within 2 business days of placing the order.
Final sale
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.
Fees
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Return shipping and restocking may apply.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible furniture returns and all returns made by A+D Trade Program Members.
Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For larger furniture items, Lekker Home can assist in arranging a professional pick-up, the cost of which will be deducted from your final refund.
How it works
Follow these steps to help your return move quickly and smoothly.
Email [email protected] or call 617.737.7307 to request a Return Authorization (RA).
Ensure the item is in its original packaging. We recommend retaining all packaging until you are certain of your purchase, as items without original packaging may be denied or subject to additional fees.
Small items may be returned to our Boston showroom. For shipped returns, we recommend using a trackable and insured service.
Damage claims
Three steps, done quickly. Start with inspection, then photos, then we’ll take it from there.
Review your delivery right away and keep the packaging until you’re sure everything is in perfect condition.
Send your order number and clear photos of the damage, including images of the packaging, to [email protected].
Lekker Home will, at its discretion, repair or replace the item. The return of replacement items for damage claims are eligible for store credit only.
Refunds
Once your return is received, refunds and credits are processed according to the method below.
Credits are issued to the original form of payment.
Returns made with a gift receipt will be issued as Store Credit.
Please allow 5–10 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
