We accept returns on select items in their original, unused condition and original packaging.

Must be returned within 30 days of purchase or receipt.

Eligible furniture items may be returned within 30 days but will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Cancellations

In-stock orders can be canceled before shipment. Custom or Made-to-Order items may only be canceled within 2 business days of placing the order.

Non-returnable items

The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.

Custom & made-to-order pieces Any item where you have selected specific finishes, upholstery, or configurations.
Floor models & clearance Items purchased as-is from our showroom or sale section.
Personal care & textiles Consumable products (soaps, candles) and bedding/linens removed from their original packaging.
Installed items Any lighting or furniture that has been assembled or installed.
Gift cards Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Restocking & shipping fees

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Return shipping and restocking may apply.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible furniture returns and all returns made by A+D Trade Program Members.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For larger furniture items, Lekker Home can assist in arranging a professional pick-up, the cost of which will be deducted from your final refund.

How it works

How to initiate a return

Follow these steps to help your return move quickly and smoothly.

Prepare the item

Ensure the item is in its original packaging. We recommend retaining all packaging until you are certain of your purchase, as items without original packaging may be denied or subject to additional fees.

Ship or drop-off

Small items may be returned to our Boston showroom. For shipped returns, we recommend using a trackable and insured service.

Damage claims

Damaged, missing, or defective items

Three steps, done quickly. Start with inspection, then photos, then we’ll take it from there.

Claims for damaged, missing, or defective items must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.

Inspect immediately

Review your delivery right away and keep the packaging until you’re sure everything is in perfect condition.

Document with photos

Send your order number and clear photos of the damage, including images of the packaging, to [email protected].

Resolution

Lekker Home will, at its discretion, repair or replace the item. The return of replacement items for damage claims are eligible for store credit only.

Credits are issued to the original form of payment.

Gift returns

Returns made with a gift receipt will be issued as Store Credit.

Processing time

Please allow 5–10 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
