Returns & Exchanges
We’re happy if you’re happy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. But in the event you're not, we'll work with you to make it right. The following details are designed to make returns and exchanges easy.
Small goods (accessories, bedding, towels) are eligible for returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full credit or refund. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by either a Packing Slip or Store Receipt. The item’s purchase price will be refunded in the original form of tender. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise.
Items received as a gift can be returned or exchanged for store or web credit at the prevailing retail price on the date of return. Replacement items shipped in response to missing, lost, stolen, damaged and/or manufacturer defect claims are returnable for Store Credit only.
Important: Sale, Custom Order, and Replacement items are non-returnable.

To return non-furniture items by mail, please contact Lekker Home at email@example.com or 877.7LEKKER (877.753.5537) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please CLEARLY MARK the RMA# on the outside of the package, prepay postage, insure and send via a trackable method to:

Stock Furniture and Oversized Items
Furniture and Oversized items (rugs over 2’x3’, wall/floor mirrors and oversized lighting) that are stocked either by Lekker Home and/or the manufacturer are returnable within 30 Days in its original condition. Items out of their original packaging are subject to refusal for return. Your refund will be equal to the original purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee and delivery charges to and from the original delivery address. Any order cancellations must be received and acknowledged within 48 hours of order placement. After 48 hours, a restocking fee will be applied. The refund will be issued to the original form of tender.
Custom Orders are defined as a non-stock item that has been ordered specifically for the customer. In many cases the style, size, fabric, leather, finish colors, or any number of other options have been specifically ordered especially for you. Any Custom Order cancellations must be received and acknowledged within 48 hours of order placement. No cancellations will be accepted thereafter.
Lekker Home stands by the design, quality, and craftsmanship of our furniture. We have partnered with best-in-class freight carriers and White Glove Delivery service providers to help ensure safe transit and the best possible delivery experience. Though we take every precaution, defects can go undetected and damage can occur during transit.
We strongly encourage you to inspect your purchase upon its arrival. In the event a manufacturer's defect or damage is discovered, bring it to the delivery staff's attention and note on the Delivery Order with your signature. Contact us at 877.7LEKKER (877.753.5537) within 7 days of delivery and one of our staff will assist you with your claim. Supporting images or documentation can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 617.737.7308.
Whenever possible, we highly recommend that each piece of furniture is thoroughly inspected.
Unless otherwise instructed by a Lekker staff member, ALL damaged or defective items should be returned with the freight carrier. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defective merchandise or any merchandise damaged in transit at no charge.
Any claims made seven (7) days after the delivery date will not be accepted.
