Known for its distinctive wide shoulders and slim waist, this chair exemplifies Jacobsen's innovative use of veneer to achieve perfect curves and superior comfort. Originally named the ‘Series 8,’ this design is renowned as Arne Jacobsen’s most sophisticated and stackable chair design.

Base is chromed steel with upholstered shell. 

  • Sunniva: 58% new wool, 25% viscose, 8% linen, 5% polyamid, 4% polyester
  • Canvas: 90% new wool worsted, 10% nylon
  • Hallingdal: 70% new wool, 30% viscose
  • Natural Leather: vegetable-tanned, chrome free leather with no color or protective finish that will patina over time
