Eames® Molded Plywood Folding Screen

The Eames® Molded Plywood Folding Screen is an early experiment by Charles and Ray Eames in molding wood that can artfully divide space, serve as an elegant backdrop, or create privacy. Self-supporting and connected with woven polypropylene mesh, the undulating plywood collapses for easy storage or transport. Sandwiching the screen's inner plies between veneers yields sturdy, five-ply molded plywood sections that resist warping and separation. The screen is made of six u-shaped sections, each 10” wide.
