Originally drawn in 1954 and brought to life decades later, the PK23™ Upholstered Lounge Chair from Fritz Hansen adds a new layer of comfort to one of Poul Kjærholm’s most thoughtful designs. With its wide, low profile and relaxed stance, this Scandinavian lounge chair is made for long conversations and unhurried moments. The sculptural form is defined by vertically divided laminated veneer shells that shape both the seat and backrest. Upholstery softens the experience without masking the architecture, allowing the clean geometry to remain front and center.
