With a background in architecture and a passion for design, in 2011 partners Jean and Oliver Pelle decided to pursue their own independent design work by opening the PELLE studio. A place for artistic exploration with architectural integrity, the expansive studio space is where Jean and Oliver, alongside a small studio team, handcraft each of their lighting designs. Located in a historic brick manufactory building in Brooklyn, each lighting design is conceived in the PELLE studio through creative experimentation, resulting in designs that are truly original.
