With a background in architecture and a passion for design, in 2011 partners Jean and Oliver Pelle decided to pursue their own independent design work by opening the PELLE studio. A place for artistic exploration with architectural integrity, the expansive studio space is where Jean and Oliver, alongside a small studio team, handcraft each of their lighting designs. 

Located in a historic brick manufactory building in Brooklyn, each lighting design is conceived in the PELLE studio through creative experimentation, resulting in designs that are truly original. The PELLE collection offers hand produced, professionally refined pieces that all share a unique architectural aesthetic.
