A'mare Panca

The A'mare Panca from Edra captures the collection's central idea of transforming the visual qualities of water into something tangible. Rows of transparent polycarbonate rods catch and refract the surrounding light, giving the substantial three-seat form an appearance that shifts with its environment. Each rod is handmade with deliberate irregularities, creating subtle variations across a surface that appears uniform from a distance but reveals its texture to the touch. Joined with specialized screws in a simple linear arrangement, the construction gives Jacopo Foggini's bench both its distinctive transparency and architectural presence.
