What is the A+D Trade program?
The A+D Trade Program offers interior designers, architects, and specifiers access to our entire product portfolio, discounted pricing, dedicated support, and access to our A+D Trade Portal.
How do I apply for a Trade account?
To apply, complete the Trade application and provide one of the following documents:
- Valid business license for interior design, architecture, buying, or other design-related business
- Proof of current membership in a major design organization (e.g., ASID, IIDA, NKBA, IDC)
- Valid interior design accreditation or certification (e.g., NCIDQ, CCIDC)
- Resale certificate

2. Portal & Ordering
How to sign in, view pricing, order online, request quotes, and set team permissions.
How do I sign in to my account?
If you have an online trade account, please sign in via the login at the top right of our website. If you need to set up your online Trade account, you can apply here or request assistance at [email protected].
Once signed in, you can click the Lekker Home logo at the top left to navigate back to the site and shop with your trade pricing.
Can I see my discounted pricing and order online?
Once your Trade account is approved, log in to view exclusive Trade pricing on each product page. You can purchase by adding items to your cart, or request a quote.
For quotes, we’ll collaborate with you to finalize details such as COM, special delivery and installation needs, and volume-based pricing. You can also use Shopping Lists to bookmark items for specific projects or products you frequently reorder.
Can I give different team members different A+D Trade Portal permissions?
Yes. Three user roles offer varying permissions:
Do quotes expire?
All quotes are valid for 30 days. If your quote has expired, reach out to [email protected], and we’d be happy to provide you with an updated quote.

3. Pricing, Discounts & Tariffs
Minimums, volume conversations, promotions, and tariff surcharge details.
Is there a minimum order amount?
We do not require a minimum order amount. For larger volume orders, we offer more significant discounts, particularly for those who consistently specify our products for their projects.
Please contact us at [email protected] or use the A+D Trade Portal to request a quote or inquire about volume discounts.
Can I combine my trade discount with promotions?
Trade discounts cannot be combined with other promotions. You may choose to apply either your trade discount or the promotional price, whichever is greater.
How are you managing tariffs?
Quotes and orders that are subject to tariffs will include the Tariff Surcharge amount in the line item detail. Quotes and Sales Orders show estimated tariffs. We will adjust tariffs to the final order total as dictated by government policy at the time of order shipment.

4. Shipping, Samples & Tax Exemption
Shipping services available, swatch requests, and tax exemption requirements.
What shipping options are available?
Items like accessories, lighting and some small furniture can be shipped via Standard Shipping (UPS or FedEx). For larger furniture items, we offer Doorstep Delivery, White Glove Delivery, and Dock to Dock service.
Are material samples and swatches available?
Yes. You can request samples and swatches through our Swatch Request page.
How do I request tax exemption?
For orders shipping to Massachusetts, a tax exemption certificate must be submitted to [email protected] and approved before placing your order. Log in to the portal to ensure correct tax application. Guest logins will not apply tax exemption for Massachusetts shipments. No tax is charged for orders shipped outside Massachusetts.
