Fritz Hansen’s Suspence™ Pendant came from the desire of designers GamFratesi to translate movement into a physical shape. The lamp shade is created by pulling at the very top which is clearly visible and gives a sense of physical force. In addition to the organic nature of the shade, an infinity diffuser at the bottom of the lamp concentrates light, prevents glare, and contributes to an elegant optical illusion.

Shade is lacquered aluminum or polished copper with a clear lacquer. PVC cord measures 236" and matches lacquer finish with the exception of copper, which has a black cord. White and light grey finishes include a white canopy while black and copper finishes have a black canopy.
