In a desire to design a table that blends into a space without taking up much space, Sami Kallio created the SK5 - SK6 In Between Rectangular Table.  A partner to his SK1 In Between Dining Chair, the legs of the table echo the same angle as the front legs of the chair. Simultaneously, the table's slim silhouette and absence of ornamentation make it an ideal match for any chair in any setting.

Created using a mix of traditional wood craftsmanship, involving compression molding and woodturning, together with innovative veneer techniques. As such, it is a homage to Kallio's Nordic heritage and training in wood-making, as well as his modern Scandinavian sense of simplicity. The table is available in two sizes in either clear lacquered oak, smoked oiled oak, or black stained oak. Top is veneer.
