Designed by Mies van der Rohe, the MR Chair from Knoll represents some of the designer's earliest steel designs. The leather upholstery draws inspiration from fellow Bauhaus master, Marcel Breuer, while the sloping form is a modern derivative of 19th Century iron rocking chairs.

Spinneybeck® cowhide belting leather. Leather laces wrap around the frame to connect the seat slings to the frame. Frame is polished chrome.
