Banco Bench

The Banco Bench by Hugo Passos isn’t just somewhere to sit — it’s a gentle invitation to slow down. First designed for Social Seating, an outdoor exhibition in Finland, it was imagined as a way to make space for quiet moments with nature.  Crafted from teak, this bench is soft in form and strong in purpose. Subtle curves and a low, grounding profile give it a handcrafted, sculptural quality that feels just as at home in a garden as it does on a minimalist terrace. Over time, the wood matures into a beautiful silver-grey patina, making the bench even more serene as the seasons pass.
