Delivery options, sized to your order
We offer tiered delivery services tailored to the size, fragility, and destination of your order. All delivery pricing is calculated as a percentage of the pre-tax original price of the item.
Standard shipping
Smaller items
This method is used for accessories, pillows, small lamps, and items shippable via UPS/FedEx.
Doorstep delivery
Large items & furniture
This option provides convenient delivery of your order in its original packaging via one of our trusted third-party carriers. For those living in apartment or condominium complexes, please note that items will be delivered as far as the building’s main entrance.
- To ensure your pieces arrive safely, some items may be secured on a pallet for transit.
- This service level does not include a scheduled appointment, delivery inside the home, or unpacking and assembly.
White glove delivery
Full service
This is a premium delivery option designed to provide the highest level of care for items that are valuable, delicate, or exceptionally heavy. Our delivery teams handle every detail from a scheduled delivery appointment and room placement to assembly and the removal of all packaging materials.
Delivery will be scheduled after the last remaining item on your order arrives at the warehouse.
- Scheduling: Please allow an additional 1–4 weeks for white glove delivery services.
- Availability: Scheduling options are dependent on your specific delivery location.
- Exclusions: This service does not include structural modifications, electrical work, wall-mounting (including installation of wall-mounted furniture), or the disposal/relocation of existing furniture.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
We currently ship online orders only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. For any special shipping requests outside of this area, please contact us at [email protected].
International shipping
Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States. We can, however, ship to your preferred U.S.-based freight forwarder for international transit.

Some delivery scenarios may require additional fees or custom quoting based on location, order size, and access conditions.

| Stair carry fee | $50 per flight | Standard delivery includes service up to one flight of stairs. Deliveries that require movement up or down additional flights may incur an extra charge per flight, depending on the weight and size of the items. |
| Remote/island surcharge | +$500 | A surcharge applies to deliveries to locations considered remote or difficult to access. This includes islands, highlands, mountainous regions, rural areas distant from carrier hubs, and locations requiring travel on unpaved roads or ferry service. Examples of such locations are Lower Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, and Block Island. |
| Oversized orders | Quote-based | A flat-rate installation fee may be applied to orders exceeding $20,000, replacing the standard rates. |
| Storage fees | $250 per month per pallet position | Should a customer be unable to take delivery of their product within 30 days of its availability, a storage fee will be charged for every month thereafter until the delivery is accepted. |

Potential additional charges
To avoid unexpected costs, the following situations may incur extra charges:
- Rescheduling Canceling or rescheduling on the day of delivery.
- Restocking Furniture eligible for return is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. A return shipping charge may also apply.
