Que Onda Vos was born of designer Hanne De Wyngaert’s desire for her work to make a positive social impact. During a trip to Guatemala for a textile project, De Wyngaert discovered the rich and varied history of Guatemalan weaving and saw an opportunity to marry her design sensibilities and socially responsible aspirations. Since then, Que Onda Vos has been a collaboration between De Wyngaert’s designs and artisans in Mayan communities who make her designs a reality.
