Introduced in 1946, the Nelson Platform Bench remains a landmark of modern design. A versatile piece that serves many purposes.

The striking bench is whatever you need it to be. Seating. A low table for magazines, books, your MP3 dock. A platform for the Nelson basic cabinet series.

The clean, linear lines reflect designer George Nelson's insistence on honest design–making a visual statement that defines an object's purpose. Available in two wood finishes and two styles–with ebonized wood legs or chrome legs.

Materials: Solid maple or walnut slats with ebonized, finger-jointed wood legs or cantilevered polished chrome legs with leveling glides.
