Devour Tea Towel Noir

San Francisco-based designer Christina Weber of StudioPatro brings us these whimsical hand-printed tea towels. She borrowed this resonating quote from filmmaker Jim Jarmusch because it spoke directly to her soul. This tea towel has now inspired many creative cooks as well as designers, architects and artists (who've even framed it for their walls). The 100% linen fabric is luxurious, tested for absorbency, and as strong and sturdy as any towel you'll ever use. Handprinted with noir ink (a deep dark grey, almost black) on a natural oatmeal linen, it is designed to pair with COOK, BAKE and EQUAL tea towels.  Machine washable. Measures: 18" x 26" Designed, handprinted and sewn in California.

STUDIOPATRO or "pattern studio", began on the walls of Christina Weber's studio in San Francisco. A growing collage of leaves, maps, typography, and architecture evolved into prints, patterns and tea towels. Chris is an art director and designer by trade and always wanted to explore design through textiles. Tea towels were a natural fit because they are inherently sustainable and lend themselves to endless interpretations. Studiopatro is now a collaboration of local screeners, sewers and friends, who share a passion to create high-quality, enduring products.
